William C. Parks

Bankruptcy · Civil & Business Litigation · Employment Law
William C. Parks founded Parks Law Offices with the idea of bringing a modern, efficient approach to the practice of law — and that philosophy still drives the firm today. He practices primarily in bankruptcy, civil and business litigation, and employment law, working directly with each client from first call to resolution.
Mr. Parks regularly files Chapter 7 bankruptcies and has represented both debtors and creditors, and he litigates routinely in the Massachusetts state court system and before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is known for an efficient, cost-conscious approach that keeps a client's legal spend in proportion to what's at stake.
