Julie A. Franklin practices primarily in bankruptcy, with particular focus on individual and corporate Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. She also handles a range of other civil matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and consumer protection cases, and has served as Guardian Ad Litem by private and court appointment in Boston Housing Court.

A native Georgian, Ms. Franklin earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia (2008) and her J.D. from New England Law | Boston (2011). She is admitted in Massachusetts, New York, South Carolina, and Georgia, as well as several federal jurisdictions — an unusually broad multi-state footprint that lets her assist clients with cross-border needs. In addition to her work as Of Counsel with Parks Law Offices, she maintains her own practice in the Southeast, serving the Savannah, Georgia and Hilton Head Island area.
